What is Acai Powder? • This is the process in which Acai Fruit is processed and freeze dried then turned into powder. • First the Acai Fruit is squeezed and pulped to produce a mush and then it is freeze dried. • Once it is freeze dried the puree is mixed with water and sprayed onto a carrier, such as maltodexterine. This maltodexterine is a blank holder and provides no nutritional value. • After the Acai is sprayed onto the carrier it is dried and becomes a powder. • The Juice Powder process is NOT 100% natural and it is NOT an extract. Making it inferior to extracted Acai. • This Juice Powder gives you only a very small percentage of the real whole fruit extract.   How to use: Put your scoops of acai in about 4 ozs. of water and shake it up well.
